Yes probably the best combination is the bpm4struts + spring cartridge (+
the webservice cartridge for webservices).  Have you seen this how-to for
the spring cartridge?:
http://team.andromda.org/docs/andromda-spring-cartridge/howto.html.
Unfortunately none of the samples use the spring cartridge at the moment.
