It is a very good product and you guys rock, but it would be time to pay more attention to the dummy users... :-) Who would like to use the product from scratch. Right now you need a pilot exam to do it. I know that the minor bugs in the spring cartridge are important but if I need to get expert exam to get it actually work I see that as a drawback... Please help as I am not able to get from 1 to 2.
