Just download and install the latest plugin like this (one line):

maven plugin:download -DgroupId=andromda
-DartifactId=maven-andromdapp-plugin -Dversion=3.0-RC1-SNAPSHOT

and generate a new project structure just to make sure, once you build it
should download the latest RC1-SNAPSHOT andromda files

normally speaking you will not need to tinker in the repository yourself
