What do you mean with "If I change this in the deployed file everything works perfect" ?
just meant that after changing the jsp in the expanded, deployed ear
from <html:text to <html:file everything worked as expected. So the handling
of the parameters and everything else was ok, only the rendered widget
was not the correct one.

Hi,
I want to upload files to my app. I tagged the parameter with @andromda.struts.view.field.type=file, but there is only a textfield generated. If I change this in the deployed file everything works perfect.
Please take a look at the attached images, I lack the skills to describe what I exactly did - perhaps there's something wrong and you can spot it in the images.
