I had the same problem! Now, I changed the group ownership of the files to "www" and made sure that g+r is set on all the files. Now, all the files seem accessible from the web, again!
Martin, could you check that Cruise Control can still overwrite the AndroMDA RC2 jar files? I might have broken that by changing the group ownership.
