It's a binary protocol. And the nice thing is, that it's already supported
with Spring. I guess it would also be quite easy to create a cartridge.
That's what I would try if you wouldn't like the approach adding hessian
support to the spring cartridge.
Ah so ties into Spring remoting right? We already have support for that then (I thought you were suggesting adding support to the webservice cartridge for it), unless you're talking about something else?
