Ok. With lots of trial and error, I got it to work finally. Here are the steps.
*) Setup your name-space properties *) Run Schema2Xmi against your database schema *) Open the resulting XMI file in MagicDraw 9.5 It asks you if you want to import it in Unisys format Say No *) File -> Import a _plain_text_ (extracted) version of andromda-profile-3.0-SNAPSHOT.xml.zip *) Save *) File -> "Use Module" and point it to your $MAVEN_REPO/andromda/xml.zips/andromda-profile-3.0-SNAPSHOT.xml.zip disregard message ".......already has inner elements" *) Save There you go...
