this must mean you're modeling your identifiers explicitely using the
<<Identifier>> stereotype, yeah those cases still require you to specify
the id even if the generator class isn't 'assigned'
I'll try it wo explicit id.
that should be easy to fix, but it requires a refactoring that should
properly be tested first (currently the notion of 'assigned' identifiers
only exists in the hibernate cartridge, we have to refactoring this
into the uml metafacades)
