I used maven 1.0.2 and there is no such problem when I used the AndroMda 3.0 RC1 SnapShot version before.
I just downloaded the newer version (i.e., AndroMDA 3.0) and used "maven andromdapp:genreate" to generate a new application, then run the "maven" command and the exception was thrown without any changes for generated files.
