Hi Matthias,
I've been collecting MDE/MDA definitions over the past months for
inclusion in my Ph.D. thesis and papers. I'll send you a draft paper
for the time being and I'll post a copy to the list once a
chapter/paper containing the definitions is finished. I could even
convert my bibtex references to HTML etc.
