Subject: Re: [Andromda-user] Seeking Help with customizing BPM4Struts
Velocity templates.
hi,
there's indeed an API for that, the objects you call from the templates
are called 'facades'
two types of facades exist:
* uml metafacades, and
* cartridge facades
the uml facades define an API on top of the element found in the UML model
(the meta-classes)
the cartridge facades extend this API and provide technology specific
features to the templates (for example the ClassifierFacade is extended,
although indirectly, by the SpringEntity facade in the spring cartridge)
the cartridge facades are documented in the Javadoc per cartridge, for
example the ones for bpm4struts are found here:
http://galaxy.andromda.org/docs/andromda-bpm4struts-cartridge/apidocs/index.html
the Javadoc to the generic facades for UML14 can be found here:
http://galaxy.andromda.org/docs/andromda-metafacades-uml14/apidocs/index.html
currently the implementation classes are listed (the ones with the
LogicImpl suffix) and their method start with 'handle' but you'll get the
picture
good luck, make sure to post future questions on our brand-new forum:
