please,
i am a student working on the model for the prototype of a "community" application. In the first place i was thinking EJBs could handle my needs (accessing fields of a database in an OO manner), but after reading about androMDA i guess there are other possible solutions.. I read through the Tutorial and Samples and also studied the Forum, but somehow cannot find information regarding my question:
How can one find out more about the technologies involved in androMDAs cartridges? We discussed the Struts Architecture at the university, but what is Spring or Hibernate? Is it an architecture or design principle/pattern? I tried google but could not find anything reasonable.. please, I am looking for something like a big picture..
