I configured a cartridge to "fire" a template for a stereotype associated with
an association end.
The output pattern is: outputPattern="{0}/{1}.java"
If the association is in the package "foo" {0) doesn't have the value foo but
the empty string.
It works fine with classes and associations but it doesn't work for association
ends.
Is this a bug or a feature?
