Since you're new to AndroMDA, I would suggest trying the 3.0 release first 
(since 3.1-SNAPSHOT is the current development version) so things are apt to 
change while you're trying to learn it.  

As you get more comfortable with it, then you can move to the 3.1-SNAPSHOT 
release.   The documentation for the 3.0 release is here
