I would say just release them on our repository, it seems like more work than 
its worth to have them on souceforge.   All cartridges wouldn't be released 
together, a cartridge would have its own release cycle.  



About ibibilo, feel free to get them to upload them out there, the only thing 
is that I don't think we can get them to upload the jmi jar (because of 
licensing restrictions), so in that case not sure if its worth it, our 
repository is stable anyway.
