Took a look at your project, it appears to be a bug in the cartridge (in 3.0), 
which occurs because you have no entities defined, if you file a bug in JIRA: 
http://jira.andromda.org for the spring cartridge I'll take care of it.  But 
anyway if you model an entity the sessionFactory will correctly show up in the 
applicationContext.xml and therefore you won't get that exception any more.
