I have schema2xmi working as it generates transform.xmi based upon the schema i created. My question is, what do you do next? I am using MagicDraw. When I open up the transform.xmi it asks if I want to convert to MagicDraw format and I do so. When the file opens, I see a list of all of the classes it created. I am able to drop these classes onto a class diagram. I would like to be able to take the generated classes and add to an existing model. Is that possible? Is it the purpose of this tool to generate the xmi file and then use that file as a starting point? I would be worried regarding that path as dbs are constantly changing and you would want to keep everything in sync.
