Yes actually: take a look at one of the 3.1-M1-SNAPSHOT cartridges, you'll see 
a namespace.xml file in yours (in META-INF/andromda), each cartridge now 
requires one of these. If you take a look at that file its pretty self 
explanatory of what needs to go in it.  



I'm in the process of writing the documentation for that file.  What it boils 
down to, is now the namespace.html documentation is generated from that file 
(so we don't need to duplicate defaults and other information about namespace 
properties).
