in my cartridge meta-model I also tried the following: ActivityGraphFacade --------|> StateMachineFacade -------> StateMachine Quote: another thing, in the AndroMDA generic metafacades layer we map ActivityGraphFacade directly from the ActivityGraph model element, not the StateMachine, this is also visible in the uml metamodel where the ActivityGraphFacade depends on the ActivityGraph metaclass, if we would be depending on StateMachine your mapping would work (end of quote) Is it possible to have both dependencies? So that ActivityGraphFacade also depends on StateMachine? I require both so I cannot change the UMLMetafacades, am I right? So I think it would be the best solution to add a StateMachineFacade which depends on StateMachine. What do you think?
