Yeah you need to add the AndroMDA repository to your maven.repo.remote
property (you'll see it says you need to add that to your
build.properties on this page: http://www.andromda.org/starting.html).

By the way, I strongly suspect that Umbrello
(http://uml.sourceforge.net/index.php) can be used with andromda -- it saves
in the xsi format.
