Strange ... I also tried updating to the latest multiproject, site and xdoc plugins : no better. I tried moving the exclude from build.properties to project.properties which shouldnt change anything (and didnt). This is not a blocking issue, but it is quite nice to have all the docs generated in one site automatically.
