Hi,

been hacking around for a while trying to understand how to model enumerated
types so the hibernate cartridge will generate the enumeration artifcats. I've
ended up with all sorts of wierd stuff including cyclic dependencies with a
class extending itself. guess I got something wrong. Is there a step by step
guide of how to model an enumerated type? or even better an example? had a
look in the samples but couldn't find anything. I've tried the enumeration
type in andromda which enabled me to specify literals, andromda generated hbm
but not the classes. I've tried a class with the Enumeration stereotype with
attributes for the literals. This generated the cyclic class, so I gave up.

cheers

Nathan
