No the problem is more that I need the generated documentation comments to use 
the javadoc syntax (or whatever documentation system I want to use to generate 
API docs) so that, in the end, I don't need to edit source files to modify 
javadoc comments : andromda:run to generate java code, followed by 
javadoc:generate and that's it, I have a complete API without editing Javadoc 
syntax.
