Thanks for your prompt response.



The funny thing is: I am not behind a http proxy. My web browser is not set up 
to use a proxy either.



And also: I have gotten this far in the "Getting Started" already. So I did run:

maven plugin:download -DgroupId=andromda -DartifactId=maven-andromda-plugin 
-Dversion=3.1-M1

succesfully without having to set up the proxy.

maven downloaded maven-andromdapp-plugin-3.1-M1.jar and other files without a 
problem in that step.



The server 403 response is reaching the maven client, another indication that 
this is probably not proxy related. Or is it and am I just overlooking 
something?



Maybe you have another idea of what I might be doing wrong here?
