You'll need to look in the hibernate cartridge, the code for that (if you're checking out andromda-all from CVS) is located here: andromda-all/cartridges/andromda-hibernate/src.
Take a look at andromda-all/cartridges/andromda-hibernate/src/templates/hibernate2/hibernate.hbm.xml.vsl as well as : andromda-all/cartridges/andromda-hibernate/src/templates/hibernate3/hibernate.hbm.xml.vsl (for Hibernate 3 support). All complex logic and logic that can be reused, should be placed in the metafacades, take a look at the metafacade model andromda-all/cartridges/andromda-hibernate/src/uml/HibernateMetafacadeModel.xml.zip, you'll first model anything extra you need and add/change logic in the corresponding *LogicImpl.java classes, those can be found in andromda-all/cartridges/andromda-hibernate/src/java.
