I'm assuming you're using the ejb cartridge correct?  Did you define the 
@andromda.ejb.query tagged value with the value of your EJB-QL statement?    
Did you mark the operation as a "query"?  Why are you using the EJB cartridge 
anyway? If you have any choice in the matter, I would use the spring cartridge 
instead.
