Not sure how it ever worked...what versions are you referring to?



If you import the modules into MD its gonna make it much more difficult to 
upgrade the modules in the future, if you leave it as a HREF then all you need 
to do is open up the XMI and do a search and replace on 3.0 to 3.1-RC1-SNAPSHOT 
for example.
