looking at the new UML 2.0 specs:
I notice event parameters are still supported, in fact they've been updating in that area and in a good way: supporting more, without removing anything Quote: Each event name may appear more than once per state if the guard conditions are different. The event parameters and the guard conditions are optional. If the event has parameters, they can be used in the expression through the current event variable. (end of quote) also, please see section 15.4, which shows that transitions can still have a trigger (even more than one) with parameters, see page 623 could you ask MagicDraw why they claim no to support that in MagicDraw 10 ? IMO they already have all that stuff, they just need to support higher multiplicities for some features -- Wouter Zoons - [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.andromda.org/ _________________________________________________________ Reply to the post : http://galaxy.andromda.org/forum/viewtopic.php?p=2994#2994 Posting to http://forum.andromda.org/ is preferred over posting to the mailing list! ------------------------------------------------------- SF.Net email is sponsored by: Discover Easy Linux Migration Strategies from IBM.
