The event parameters and the guard conditions are optional. If the event has parameters, they can be used in the expression through the current event variable. (end of quote) also, please see section 15.4, which shows that transitions can still have a trigger (even more than one) with parameters, see page 623 could you ask MagicDraw why they claim no to support that in MagicDraw 10 ?
