If you take a look at what the exception says 
"org.andromda.core.engine.ModelProcessorException: No repository 
implementations have been registered, make sure you have at least one valid 
repository registered under a namespace on your classpath "



This means that the andromda-mdr-repository-<version>.jar needs to be on your 
classpath in order to be registered (you should see the "netBeansMDR" namespace 
being discovered on andromda initialization).
