I often use andromda.struts.view.field.required for mandatory fields. If the field is blank I get a javascript popup. But for one web page I get a struts error message displayed inside the web page (wich I prefer). What is the normal behavior of the andromda.struts.view.field.required tag, a popup or a messge on the web page?
