Hi
I am using Eclipse with MyEclipse IDE plugin (see. http://www.myeclipseide.com/, costs about 29 $ per year) and MevenIDE (see: http://mevenide.codehaus.org/) There is nothing to do special with AndroMDA generated projects to debug, build, cvs..... Just setup Maven 1.0.2 (normal Windows installation) and Mevenide (install the plugin and configure ithe maven properties in the eclipse preferences window) and setup jboss as your aplication server in the MyEclipse page of the eclipse preferences window). You can build all the AndroMDA build targets with the maven plugin and if you set a breakpoint in your sources the debugger will stop at the right place. It is really that easy. JBoss ist startet inside the IDE and if you rebuild the sources it redeploys the new *.ear correctly. If you have special questions or need help installing the two plugins post it here or give me a private message.
