using AndroMDA this is currently impossible, you would have to use some kind of MagicDraw API .. perhaps someone already wrote a generic API that can handle it but I doubt it very much
the problem is that when we load an XMI model in AndroMDA we're using a repository that ignores all that extension information and read the known elements into a datastructure accessible using the JMI api this JMI api does not support vendor specific extensions so there is no way to expose it using AndroMDA unless you would write your own repository that would be able to handle this kind of stuff for the moment we're not supporting any kind of diagram information since this actually is not part of the XMI specification for UML 1.4, it will for UML 2.0 but we don't have a repo for that one yet -- Wouter Zoons - [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.andromda.org/ _________________________________________________________ Reply to the post : http://galaxy.andromda.org/forum/viewtopic.php?p=3498#3498 Posting to http://forum.andromda.org/ is preferred over posting to the mailing list! ------------------------------------------------------- SF.Net email is Sponsored by the Better Software Conference & EXPO September 19-22, 2005 * San Francisco, CA * Development Lifecycle Practices Agile & Plan-Driven Development * Managing Projects & Teams * Testing & QA Security * Process Improvement & Measurement * http://www.sqe.com/bsce5sf _______________________________________________ Andromda-user mailing list Andromda-user@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/andromda-user
