I checked into the maven repo and I had all the snapshot files as of August 04 2005 except for andromda-profile-presentation-3.1-RC1-SNAPSHOT.xml.zip. For an unknown reason maven does not download it. So I copied it and I have the new tags available from within MagicDraw.
