The first part of this request is really asking for the ability to access page variable properties to generate hyperlink transitions(andromda.presentation.web.action.type=hyperlink) and has nothing to do with forms and the submission of forms.
A simple example is a "back" link. Rather than put all the request parameters of the back link in the form, parameters that potentially have nothing to do with the submisson of the form contained in the current page, I would like to reference nested properties of the page variables. The enhancement specified in BPM-215 is different.
