I found the email below in the archives. Does anyone have a MDB
cartridge floating around?
I also found some messages on the JIRA regarding concept work on a
MDB cartridge, but I could not find any information in the confluence
wikki.
Does anyone have any more up-to-date information on the status of
this cartridge?

Hi
I’ve implemented Message Driven Bean templates for AndroMDA. The
templates
set up a message queue and send a MapMessage from a simple client
class/template ( with a main(…) ) to a message driven bean/
template (this
bean also has a –Impl class for the beans business methods). So far
it all
seems to work well in JBOSS. I’ll next modify the SessionBean
template so
that SessionBeans can send a message. I’ll build a simple app
using all the
beans in AndroMDA ( something like in the JBOSS Getting Started Guides
example) and then add Message Driven Beans to the car rental
example ( and
then see if you all think its worth including in AndroMDA )
