I'm working on this issue , I've replaced the implementation of the 
PatternExceptionHandler to extend the one from Struts, this way the bpm4struts 
generated action do no longer explicitely call this exception handler and we 
can be sure all exceptions are properly handled by Struts



for the moment it works fine for everything except the first action of a 
use-case, which I think is weird because it's not treated differently, the only 
thing that is different is that we forward to an error page instead of the 
input page (which does not exist)
