it would be great to have a chapter describing the classes generated and how to

I agree about the need, but question if it should be put in the "Bird's Eye
View" document - only for a single reason: what if you are NOT using the Spring
and or BPM4Struts cartridges (for example, the app I'll be working on is a Rich
Client app. I'll be using Hibernate and Spring services, but not any web
interfaces, thus no Struts).

My intention was really for the "Bird's Eye" document to be a "meta manual." I
wanted to introduce important concepts, but then link to a separate document
with more details. So, based on your proposal, it would be nice to have a
separate "How to use BMP4Structs artifacts" document. The "Bird's Eye View"
document could then have a simple last chapter, titled "Where to go from here",
and a line could be, "If you are using the BPM4Struts cartridge, see "How to
use BPM4Struts artifacts". Actually, the "Bird's Eye" doc should at least give
a little intro to what each existing cartridge is all about. That will help a
newbie decide where they want to go!

Amen! I think you hit the nail right on the head for a newbie. The overall
challenge is figuring out "Where to start." If "Bird's Eye" continues to stay
as a "meta manual", then the advice for a newbie could always be "start with
that doc, then branch out from there based on your needs."
