Hi all.
I have finished going through the (quite good) Bird's Eye view of AndroMDA article posted on team.andromda.org/docs/contrib/... Now, let me quote (from the Creating your UML Model) section: "All of the developers on the AndroMDA team use MagicDraw. All of the testing of the Cartridges is based on MagicDraw files. And frankly, there seem to be some assumptions made in the AndroMDA code that are based on MagicDraw (and its capabilities). For all intents and purposes, AndroMDA only works with MagicDraw." (Bolding is mine...) [Shocked] Does it mean what it says? Am I reading this correctly? Are my eyes playing tricks on me? Or is this the MagicDraw fan club? In particular, I would be interested in any experiences of people using Enterprise Architect (EA). Should I persist with the AndroMDA (in particular, as I am having trouble with the very first step: loading the andromda-profile -- see other post)? Any comments? Experiences? cheers. _________________________________________________________ Reply to the post : http://galaxy.andromda.org/forum/viewtopic.php?p=3913#3913 Posting to http://forum.andromda.org/ is preferred over posting to the mailing list! ------------------------------------------------------- SF.Net email is Sponsored by the Better Software Conference & EXPO September 19-22, 2005 * San Francisco, CA * Development Lifecycle Practices Agile & Plan-Driven Development * Managing Projects & Teams * Testing & QA Security * Process Improvement & Measurement * http://www.sqe.com/bsce5sf _______________________________________________ Andromda-user mailing list Andromda-user@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/andromda-user
