Hun Sen was very outraged with Mr. Kasit Piromya, Foreign Minister of Thailand, for calling him a "gangster". He had publicly blasted Mr. Kasit. On 1st April, Mr. Ksait sent a letter of apology and in a reply letter, Mr. Hun Sen seems to be very contented with the apology and has unreservedly and unconditionally accept Mr. Kasit's apology.
