  Well, the above was written only as quick email response, not as
something to hang on a wall. Nonetheless, it seems that the issues
discussed will come up again and again, we us being guested by
surprised, confused, and sometimes even trolling users. Some think you
write GUIs when this happens, methinks few FAQ entries should be a
good start still.

  So, I started a "Community and Governance" section in FAQ. It turned
out that I rambled too much even before I came to governance ("who
decides what"), so that's where I stopped. Style-wise, it starts with
formal-speak, but comes at ease to not bore users away. Finally,
content is based on my interpretation of mine and non-mine experience
with open-source, as well as interpretation and commentary of Five
Rules of Angstrom. Obviously, the content needs tweaking, etc. Please
do!
