Нi Rupal,

I've got adapter with the same chipset and got this working just yesterday.

First, I've tried to get it working with the vanilla kernel module, but it
was unstable, and I could not get WPA2 working.

The driver from Realtek site, on the other side, works like a charm. You
could download sources here:

http://218.210.127.131/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=21&PFid=48&Level=5&Conn=4&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false&Downloads=true

There are plenty instructions on the internet on how to compile module, so
I'll leave this to you.

Regards,
Maksym.
