Hi, I'm trying to get my Zaurus to sync with opensync. Luckily, a very good platform was developed: Opensync.
Unfortunately, gpe-calendar has updated its database structure so gpe-synctool (gpesyncd) cannot handle it properly anymore. This is an answer I got after posting this query to the opensync mailinglist: ---------------%<--------------- > Error writing entry > > http%3a%2f%2fwww%2egoogle%2ecom%2fcalendar%2ffeeds%2fgoogle%2540gerapeldoor > >n%2enl%2fprivate%2ffull%2fbnntqrcdjenumba9oa1rdiqpe4 to member 2: Couldn't > > commit event inserting in calendar_urn with uid 26: no such table: > > calendar_urn I think the error is coming from gpesyncd on the Zaurus. My guess is that gpesyncd and gpe-calendar are not consistent -- one is newer than the other. The database format changed a few months ago. However, I do not use the Zaurus (I use GPE on the Nokia 770) so my guess may be wrong. In any case, I am fairly sure the problem is not in Opensync. You may want to take the question to the GPE mailing list ([EMAIL PROTECTED]). ---------------%<--------------- To make a long story short, I believe gpe-synctool needs a new package, as the new format is probably supported in the latest version. Do I have to post a request to the development list?
