This is a known problem, at least with minimo. I also get it using
titchy instead of angstrom, in firefox and thunderbird both -- but not
in an xterm. But this should not affect the / key, since that is
shifted, not Fn+, on your 3100. If you don't have a / key, do you get a
< instead? I saw this using an angstrom kernel plus armel-debian, as
suggested on the oe forum (by locutus** (forgot the digits)). With a
default keyboard map that is what you get, and it is very hard to do
much without a / or a :, or =.

Somehow firefox (etc) changes the keyboard mapping. I have no clue how.

One workaround is to use an on-screen keyboard window instead of the
physical keyboard.

Deserves death! I daresay he does. Many that live deserve death.
And some that die deserve life. Can you give it to them? Then do not
be too eager to deal out death in judgement.
