Hello People!

Maybe somebody of you have alredy (successfully) installed Angstrom
Linux on a Netbook Pro...

I have Installed Linux on a NEC Mobile Pro 900c, which have the same
Hardware an the same Windows CE.NET.
As a boot Loader under NEC Mobile Pro 900c I used HaRET 0.4.8.

I tryed to use HaRET under Netbook Pro, but HaRET hang up the System
during boot. I have read a boot Log from HaRET and I found out that:

1. Machine Type (658) is wrong. 659 is the Machine Type of NEC Mobile
Pro 900c. HaRET try to found out, which machine Type my Netbook Pro is,
and tell it is a "Generic Xcale PXA2xx Machine"

2. The initrd file is missing. On the Compact Flash Card I have created
3 Partitions:

(Partition 1, 2GB) FAT32-Partition for Windows CE Programs and HaRet +
Angstrom Linux zImage
(Partiton 2, 1,7GB) Ext2 Linux Partition where I have decompressed the
Angstrom distribution
(Partition 3 280MB) Linux Swap Partition

My Questions are:

What I have done wrong?
Where I can get the initrd-File for the NETbook Pro Linux distribution?
Can I use the different BootLoader for Linux under Windows CE, or maybe
there is other way to boot Linux on a Netbook Pro?

Sorry for my mistakes, English is not my native Language.

Thank you very much for the help.

Pawel
