Not patches, but questions: 1) Is it technically possible to flash new kernel from the live system (e. g. as a post-install script of the kernel package) instead of emergency system? 2) Is it technically possible to add a code, which will take command line arguments provided by the bootloader, filter out unwanted ones and pass the rest to the kernel?
