Not patches, but questions:

1) Is it technically possible to flash new kernel from the live system
(e. g. as a post-install script of the kernel package) instead of
emergency system?

2) Is it technically possible to add a code, which will take command
line arguments provided by the bootloader, filter out unwanted ones and
pass the rest to the kernel? This is the easiest way how to discriminate
between SL-C3100 and SL-C3200 (each one has a different default
partitioning of the NAND flash).

3) Is it technically possible to modify command line arguments just
before flashing the kernel?
