After ~5 years, I've moved from the Zaurus to the Nokia Internet Tablet, so I am
offering my Zaurus SL-6000L (tosa) for free to a software developer...with one
condition. I've benefited a great deal from free and open software over the
years, and I'd like to see continued support for a particular package. I'm
seeking a developer who can help me with some updates to the KDEPIMPI package,
particularly with cosmetic changes for the Nokia Internet Tablet (Maemo)
platform, and possibly with updating the package to Qt4. All changes would be
available to the public--including keeping the package active on the angstrom
distribution. I'm happy to actively participate in documentation, packaging and
distribution for the Nokia platform.

The package is written in C++ and the Qt3 libraries. The initial round of
changes are probably very simple for an experienced developer, and will attract
a lot of users to a terrific piece of software.

The SL-6000 was in fine working condition when I last used it about 3 months
ago. It includes all original hardware (screen cover, charger/sync stand, the
covers for the sync ports & CF slot, the original manual & software). I'll throw
in a CF ethernet card, a couple of SD and CF cards, a few extra stylii, and a
USB adapter.

If you're interested, and you have demonstrated development experience, please
contact me directly via e-mail.
