Gentlemen:
I have not succeeded to activate wifi using the instruction:
"iwconfig eth0 essid "example" mode managed key 0037829801".
I think the reason is explained observing the response to "iwconfig":
IEEE 802.11b7g ESSID:"" ...
As you can see the essid "example" is omitted in this response.
I am using "u-boot-ipaq214-20090701-2.bin",
"uImage-ipaq214-20090322.bin, "opie-image-20081204.tar.gz" and
"angstrom-ipaq214-additional-20081105.tar.gz" on a hp ipaq 216,
and booting from the MMC card.
Is there an explanation or solution to the problem?
