I have built and down loaded a opie/collie image, this is on the sd card in a ext2 file. I down loaded the "kexecboot" for the collie and put it on a cf card renamed to zimage. I flashed the collie and now when I do a master reset the angstrom compass label logo comes up and the progress bar completes going across. After this a bunch of statements/commands flash across the screen in a terminal mode and stops with the following statement: "hwclock: can't open '/dev/misc/rtc': no such file or directory". I have looked and there is no such directory. I have put "HWCLOCKACESS=NO" in the rcs file but the same thing happens. The only way out of this is to do another master reset.
I have googled and searched the angstrom faq but can find no reference to this. If anyone can give me a pointer as to where to go or what to do to cure this I would really appreciate it. thanks; Roly -- I read somewhere that if you manage your money perfectly, you would never run out, but the check that you wrote for your funeral should bounce. ;>) _______________________________________________ Angstrom-distro-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.linuxtogo.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/angstrom-distro-users
