Try this instead:
<textarea class="col-md-12" ng-model="inputHtml"></textarea>
<div ng-bind-html="inputHtml"></div>
Also make sure you include *angular-sanitize* module in your app:
var app = angular.module('App', [
'ngSanitize'
]);
As the result you can edit HTML in textarea and it will automatically
reflect changes as you type.
