Hi Jayaprakash,

IE 9- does not support CORS at al, unless XDomainrequest is being used, and 
that's not supported in angular. IE10+ works, but is extra picky on the 
headers.
This is not really an Angular problem, almost all other frameworks have the 
same problems.
If you must support IE, don't use CORS, that's the only true cross-browser 
solution. Use JSONP.
